The Food Network star is now serving up vegan burgers in Philadelphia!

Chef Jose Garces, who you may recognize from the Food Network series The Next Iron Chef, has opened his first all-vegan restaurant in Philadelphia—Livy’s Plant-Based Foods. The eatery is named after his daughter, Olivia.

“The resilience, persistence, creativity, and unity displayed throughout the restaurant industry during a difficult time has led to new and exciting advancements, and I’m proud to be part of a community of culinary leaders who continue to innovate and reshape the way people enjoy food and explore new cuisine styles,” Chef Jose Garces told VegOut.

Livy’s Plant-Based Foods is currently operating as a ghost kitchen and offers customizable burgers for pickup and delivery. Diners can choose between an Impossible burger patty or a house-made black bean vegan chorizo patty. Topping options include non-dairy cheeses (feta, smoked gouda, parmesan, cheddar, and cheese whiz), chorizo, bacon, chili, vegan egg, and hash browns, as well as a variety of house-made sauces like vegan mayo, cilantro aioli, sriracha remoulade, Carolina mustard BBQ, and tzatziki.
