Attention my burger baes and bros! Impossible Foods just launched a food truck for the summer, and it may be coming to a city near you.
Kicking off this weekend—Baby Heme and Juicy Lucy (because of course the trucks would have names)—have hit the road. Each of the two trucks will be posted up in grocery store parking lots this cookout season, serving up free samples from a new summer grilling menu. Mini Hawaiian kabobs will be available along with other classics and summer staples.
The truck is currently scheduled to roll through eight states: Arkansas, Georgia, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Virginia. The last stop is currently scheduled for June 15, but we hope the wheels keep moving through the warmer months.
