Heating up the kitchen on Fox each Monday, the first vegan chef on Hell’s Kitchen brings her skills back to her home state for a four-day vegan takeover.
Currently cooking her heart out on national TV as the first-ever vegan chef to compete on Fox’s Hell’s Kitchen, Chef Josie Clemens is hosting a highly anticipated four-day vegan takeover in her home state. Returning to Michigan, Josie will be hosting the event from Friday, July 9 through Monday, July 12th at the Frame in Hazel Park, just twenty minutes north of Detroit.
Gordon Ramsay’s Protégé
Josie has already garnered quite the following from her weekly appearance on Hell’s Kitchen each Monday evening, sharing her love for vegan cuisine with a national audience as part of the unstoppable red team. Competing for a chance to become Gordon Ramsay’s protégé and new head chef at his latest restaurant in Las Vegas (and maybe convince him to go vegan), Josie has been on her A-game and is a must-watch. While the competition heats up on TV, local Michigan fans looking to try some of Josie’s vegan eats in person can sign up for one of two different dining experiences during the vegan weekend takeover next month at Frame, a venue for chef residencies and experiences, tucked behind the popular cocktail bar, Joebar.
100% Vegan Dinner Party
Diners may choose to be seated in a socially distanced arrangement either inside the dining room or outside on the picturesque patio. Each dinner is $65 per person and includes a special curated 100% vegan dinner party by Chef Josie. For an additional fee, guests can enjoy plant-based wines and elixirs, too. Seatings are as follows:
- Friday, July 9th, 5:30pm & 8:30pm
- Saturday, July 10th, 5:30pm & 8:30pm
- Sunday, July 11th, 4pm & 7pm
- Monday, July 12th, 6pm
