Gluten-Free Vegan Bakery Opens in Orange County This October

Giselle’s Vegan Kitchen—an online and wholesale vegan treats company—is opening a brick-and-mortar in Laguna Hills on October 1. The organic plant-based bakery is focused on better-for-you treats that are gluten-, soy-, and corn-free. The menu ranges from brownies to iced coffee cake slices, and individual coconut cheesecakes to frosted baked doughnuts. These items are currently available online and in select coffee shops, cafés, and retailers in Orange County including Kean Coffee, Zinc Café and Market, Wholesome Choice, Xanadu Café, and more. Custom specialty cakes are also available online and for pickup once the shop opens.
