Plant Food + Wine Opens Inside Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills

The popular vegan restaurant has moved from Venice to Beverly Hills.

Plant Food + Wine, the renowned vegan restaurant by Matthew Kenney, is relocating from Abbot Kinney in Venice Beach to the iconic Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. With an exciting new menu, design, and atmosphere, the restaurant opened its doors on Thursday, July 20, taking over the existing poolside fourth-floor café. This relocation marks a significant milestone for Plant Food + Wine, as it will now be open to both the local LA community and hotel guests for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, operating from 9am to 10pm daily. The beautiful outdoor space offers the perfect backdrop for Matthew Kenney’s exquisite plant-based recipes to shine, while the sun-drenched and cozy setting will feature clean design elements such as lush plants, white marble, and natural wood finishes.

An Updated Menu Showcasing Matthew Kenney’s Culinary Expertise

Matthew Kenney promises an entirely updated menu that embraces local and seasonal ingredients, along with the incorporation of multiple techniques developed in the restaurant’s test kitchen over the years. The breakfast menu features a delightful array of options, including French toast on brioche with coconut whip and hibiscus syrup, as well as breakfast taquitos with tofu scramble, black beans, and salsa verde. Other savory dishes and a range of fresh juices and smoothies, such as the cacao and espresso smoothie and Kombucha Sangria, are must-tries.

Lunch will be a vibrant affair with standout dishes like the Caesar salad; a raw heirloom tomato and zucchini lasagna; and broccoli asada tacos. The evening menu will feature options like Chipotle-Glazed Maitake Mushrooms and Summer Squash Enchiladas. To complement the culinary experience, a botanical cocktail menu and naturally curated wine list will be available, along with a fast-paced tasting menu for the evening. Finish off the meal with one of Plant Food + Wine’s sweet dessert options (we’re looking at you, Vegan Chocolate Cake with pistachio and rosewater).
