Founders Give Partners with Vegan Brands to Donate Food to NYC Hospitals
Founders Give, created by Cole Riley, is on a mission to support the healthcare workers on the front line of COVID-19. The organization has partnered up with Mitchell’sNY Logistics to deliver food and beverage products to doctors, nurses, and healthcare workers across New York City.
As of March 29th, more than 79 brands have donated over 100,000+ products such as beverages, snacks, and ready-to-eat meals for 12 hospitals across New York City. The first wave of deliveries took place today, March 30th, including a drop at Lenox Hill hospital to stock lounge rooms, recharge stations, and hospital cafeterias. Founders Give is working to bring donated products from brands straight to hospitals in the NewYork-Presbyterian network and NYC Health + Hospitals network as well as NYU Langone and Northwell Health on a weekly basis. Participating vegan brands as of now include Rise Brewing Company, Lupii, OWYN, Keetz & Co, Byrdfood, Jack & Friends, Fablish, and more.
