Forager Project just dropped a new line of vegan cheese using their fan-favorite probiotic cashew milk yogurt!
The family-owned plant-based food company is known for their rich and creamy dairy substitutes, nutritious cereals, and craveable chips. To expand their product portfolio, Forager Project just created a line of organic, plant-based cheeses using their probiotic cashew milk yogurt as the base.
Forager Project’s new CHEESEWORKS product line features a plethora of cheeses in chunks and shreds. The roster includes Jack Cheese, Queso Fresco Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, and Parmesan Cheese. Each variety is made with a handful of simple, high-quality ingredients that results in a mindblowing taste and texture. They’re vegan, organic, gluten-free, soy-free, and naturally fermented with live active cultures. But most importantly, they melt and stretch beautifully!
“Here at Forager Project, we’re dedicated to amazing our consumers with great tasting plant-based foods in every creamery category,” said Forager Project co-founder and CEO Stephen Williamson. “With the launch of cheese, we’re excited to give our consumers even more delicious, plant-based options while staying true to our mission to make plant-based foods more accessible for everyone.”
Forager Project’s new CHEESEWORKS line will be available at retailers nationwide this spring. Visit ForagerProject.com for more information.
