Fabalish Launches New Vegan Ranch and Queso

Plant-based brand Fabalish recently added ranch and queso to their current lineup of aquafaba-based dips. The chef-inspired company now offers a total of four organic spread options—Ranch, Queso, Tzatziki, and Fab-a-Dip. Each Fabalish product begins with a base of cold-pressed high-oleic sunflower oil and aquafaba (aka cooked chickpea water). The cooking liquid contains starch and protein structures from the garbanzo beans, creating a strong, viscous solution. The ingredient adds structure to Fabalish dips and creates a thick, rich texture while remaining totally cruelty-free.

Free from the top eight allergens, these plant-based products sport impressive ingredient lists. The vegan queso offers a warmer flavor profile with non-GMO nutritional yeast, garlic, red pepper, chili, and cayenne. Both options are perfect for dipping, dunking, spreading, and layering.
