F.A.K.E. Movement—a global platform dedicated to vegan and ethical fashion designers—is launching its first virtual event this Sunday, April 19.
Following up on F.A.K.E.’s success with their museum, pop-ups, screenings, and special events, while taking into account the current state of the world, the initiative has decided to go virtual.
“We’ve been watching the COVID-19 situation as it evolves and wanted to find a way to help and support small ethical businesses who are struggling during this challenging time,” said founder of F.A.K.E. Movement Jonathan Ohayon. “After a meeting with our team, we decided to create a virtual pop-up event where we can help promote brands who truly represent the future of fashion!”
The free virtual event will feature ten vegan, ethical, and sustainable brands, plus up-and-coming designers from around the globe, who will showcase their collections live.
Additionally, the pop-up will include a “Chill with Activists” panel, which will feature activists such as founder of VegOut Magazine, Maggie Ortlieb, founder of vegan blog Style with a Smile, Noa Ben-Moshe, founder of Vegan Flag, Patricia Barretto, and more.
F.A.K.E.'s virtual pop-up is free and will take place Sunday, April 19 from noon-2pm (Pacific Time). You can click here to register.
