Yerba mate is a tea brewed from the dried leaves and stem of the South American holly tree. Its flavor is noted as “robust, earthy, and smoky.” Often called “happy tea,” yerba mate is naturally caffeinated and contains 90% more nutrition than green tea—including vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that are said to improve concentration, relieve stress, and elevate mood. The caffeine delivers a steady stream of natural energy without uncomfortable jitters or crashes.
