Edgar Delfin, founder of Lick It Up, said, “My team and I have been looking to bring a touch of our good comfort food from our home in El Paso to Austin for quite some time now, and I’d like to build a strong community in this city as we have done back at home.”
Lick It Up began as a food truck before evolving into a brick-and-mortar inside the International Bar in Downtown El Paso. The joint has been featured on the Food Network smash hit Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and given a rave review by celebrity chef Guy Fieri.
