Einstein Bros. Tests Vegan Breakfast Sausage at Three Denver Locations

Einstein Bros. Bagels is partnering with Beyond Meat for a limited time test of Beyond Breakfast Sausage at three Denver area locations. Beginning on July 16, you’ll be able to add the new plant-based Beyond Sausage to any Einstein Bros. Bagels sandwich, such as the Avocado Veg Out sandwich without cream cheese, for only 60 cents, providing customers an even greater vegan selection.

Einstein Bros. Bagels is partnering with Beyond Meat for a limited time test of Beyond Breakfast Sausage at three Denver area locations. Beginning on July 16, you’ll be able to add the new plant-based Beyond Sausage to any Einstein Bros. Beyond Breakfast Sausage—made with peas and brown rice—is non-GMO, soy-free, and gluten-free. Einstein Bros. Bagels and Beyond Meat are committed to increasing accessibility of plant-based meat. “As consumer interest around plant-based meat continues to grow, we’re thrilled to team up with Einstein Bros. Bagels to test our Beyond Breakfast Sausage in the Denver area,” said Stuart Kronauge, Chief Marketing Officer of Beyond Meat. The Beyond Breakfast Sausage test will take place at the following three Denver-area Einstein Bros. Bagels locations for a limited time:

  • 9385 S. Colorado Blvd, Highlands Ranch, CO
  • 9249 S. Broadway, Highlands Ranch, CO
  • 2250 S. Parker Rd., Denver, CO
