After a four year break, Doomie’s relaunches their brunch menu—but this time in Culver City! This must-try LA vegan landmark specializes in comfort food of all types. From their Fried Chicken Basket to their Philly Cheesesteak, JalapeÑ Poppers, and Buffalo Fries, they’ve created a rock-solid reputation in late-night grub!
The Hollywood location started serving brunch in 2010 and continued for almost five years. After that, Doomie’s focused on their rapid expansion. They branched out to a Mexican-inspired menu with the opening of NextMex, opened a new location in Culver City, and created NextMex Express in City Terrace. What’s next? Earlier weekend hours with the revival of their boast-worthy brunch, of course!
Their new menu will feature brunch dishes like eggs benedict, biscuits & gravy, chicken & waffles, shrimp & grits, pancakes, anymore! If you’re familiar with this spot, you know these won’t be any ordinary meals—they’ll be made Doomie’s-style! For example, the Mighty Christo is their take on a French toast sandwich. It’s stuffed with bacon, scramble, and cheese, blanketed in powdered sugar, and served with a side of taters!
Now that we’ve caught your attention, here are the details! Starting Saturday, August 31st at the Culver City location, you can try these menu items first hand! To kick off their new brunch menu and celebrate Labor Day, they will serve brunch from 10am to 2pm Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. After that, they hope to continue to serve brunch Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-2pm in Culver City. For the powdered sugar on top, all four Doomie’s locations will carry out their regular hours throughout the holiday weekend! Let the grubbing begin!
Doomie’s Culver City is located at 9900 Culver Blvd and brunch is served 10am-2pm Saturday, 8/31 through Monday, 9/2.
