Bakery and cake studio by Food Network Star Duff Goldman Duff’s Cakemix Studios has partnered with Erin McKenna’s Bakery to launch options that are vegan, gluten-free, and soy-free—available throughout their Southern California locations.
The new kits, made in partnership with Erin McKenna of Erin McKenna’s Bakery—known for their vegan, gluten-free, and soy-free desserts—include two options. The first is a Cake Kit, which is a two-layer, 6” cake, available in vanilla cake filled with white vegan frosting or chocolate cake filled with chocolate vegan frosting. The second is their Cupcake Kit, which is a set of six unfrosted cupcakes, also available in vanilla or chocolate. Each kit comes with the choice of assorted fondant, goodies, and vegan frostings.
“I truly believe there are artists in all of us. Dietary restrictions shouldn’t stand in the way of artistic expression,” said Duff Goldman, Food Network star and founder of Duff’s Cakemix. “Everyone knows I’m a big believer in make it bigger, make it badder, make it awesome! Now guests at our studios can make it gluten-free, vegan and soy-free.”
Now vegans, as well those avoiding gluten and soy, will be able to join in on the cake decorating that goes down at Duff’s.
