dineL.A. Returns This September with Pickup and Delivery

Let dineL.A.’s Summer Restaurant Week commence! This popular multi-week dining event is a staple in the Los Angeles food scene. Happening twice a year, the shindig showcases about 300 of the area’s most inspiring restaurants that offer a vast range of vibrant, innovative cuisines through limited-edition menus––at an affordable price!

The goal of this food-centric event is to offer a budget-friendly way for Angelenos to try a little bit of everything on the menus of local restaurants. Participating restaurants curate special multi-course lunch and dinner menus that highlight their hottest items.

While dineL.A. menus are traditionally available for dine-in only, the 2020 Summer edition will feature al fresco, takeout, and delivery options to reinforce socially distant dining. They’re expanding beyond the walls of restaurants to offer diners with “A Menu For That” moment. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, going on a picnic, or even enjoying dinner on the couch, dineL.A. hopes that you’ll dig into these divine dishes with your quarantine crew, while simultaneously supporting local restaurants.

“We know that Los Angeles is dining out differently now and are deeply aware of the impact that [the shutdown] has had on all of our favorite restaurants,” said Stacey Sun, executive director of dineL.A. “We felt it was critical to reimagine dineL.A. to complement that reality and encourage diners to keep enjoying meals together even if it may not be within the structural walls of a restaurant. This dineL.A. Restaurant Week, we’re asking everyone to unite to support L.A.’s restaurant community.”

The 2020 Summer dineL.A. Restaurant Week will take place from September 1st through the 18th. With pickup, delivery, take-home meal kit, and outdoor dining options, dineL.A. does a wonderful job of catering to the needs of vegan foodies. The dineL.A. Restaurant Week lunch menus range from $15-$35, while the dinner menus span from $25-$65+. (Prices and meal periods vary by restaurant and exclude beverages, tax, and gratuity. Menus may be subject to change due to seasonal availability of ingredients.)
