Chicana Vegana’s plant-based Mexi-Cali grub is coming to a brick-and-mortar location this spring! It seems as if almost every week there’s news of a vegan pop-up setting down roots at a brick-and-mortar restaurant––and we are loving it! Why? More opportunities to gobble up Loaded Nachos, Taquitos, Chili Fries, and more!
Chicana Vegana is an all-vegan female-owned food truck that will now feed the mouths of hungry vegans in Downtown Fullerton. This new location will allow Chicana to revive their breakfast items and burger menu. But fear not, they’ll still offer their classic Cali Baeritos, Asada Fries, and other fan-favs!
Jasmine Hernandez is the woman behind the mouth-watering magic at Chicana Vegana! Her reason behind the expansion came from a desire to provide more vegan restaurants in Orange County and to share her love of vegan food through culinary creativity. Why Fullerton? Hernandez shared, “My father went to Fullerton High school, and I attended Fullerton College. Being in Fullerton gives me an amazing feeling of returning and growing from my roots. We all hope everyone can come and visit us and support this new adventure of ours. Thank you all for your support!”
