Charly’s Vegan Tacos in Tulum will not be re-opening. The establishment made the decision to close completely after four years of service. They plan to focus their efforts for growth at their other location in Miami.
Charly’s Vegan Tacos has also partnered with The House of AiA (a plant-based wellness retreat center) to feed 1,500 people a day. Their food truck in Tulum is serving the underprivileged, including those left without a job during this time, plant-based food. The Miami location will remain open, serving up plant-based cuisine from Avocado Fries to Chorizo Tacos and their El Diablo Burrito. Charly recreates authentic Mexican cuisine by substituting plant-based ingredients into his grandmother's secret recipes. A homemade taste without the use of animal products.
