Café Gratitude just added new seasonal breakfast items to their menu.

While items like their açaí bowl, buckwheat flax pancakes, and breakfast taco plate are still available, the new selection was created with a focus on creating vegan twists on classic breakfast favorites. The variety includes savory items, like chicken & waffles and a frittata, as well as sweet items, like multigrain oatmeal.

Their new Hospitable Chicken & Waffles features gluten-free oat waffles and chicken-fried oyster mushrooms, and is served with maple syrup and cashew coconut whipped cream. Their “Bello” Baked Italian Frittata consists of a chickpea frittata, along with house-made marinara, almond coconut burrata, tomato confit, focaccia crostini, gremolata, and garlic breadcrumbs. The “Hearty” House-made Tofu Scramble is an ensemble of tofu, sautéed mushrooms, spinach, and cherry tomato confit, and comes with smashed breakfast potatoes, toasted country levain, and roasted strawberries; basil hempseed pesto is available to add for $2. The “Nourished” Breakfast Wrap is tofu scramble, potato, spinach, mushroom carnitas, pico de gallo, black beans, spicy cashew aioli, avocado, and pickled carrots in a whole wheat wrap, along with your choice of side salad or smashed potatoes; 'Just Egg' is available to substitute the tofu for $5. Their “Sustained” Multi-Grain Oatmeal is a mix of buckwheat, steel cut oats, red quinoa, and ginger, topped with banana, roasted strawberries, hemp seeds, and maple toasted seeds, with choice of almond or coconut milk.

Cafe Gratitude’s breakfast menu is available to order on weekdays from 8am-11am and on weekends from 8am-1pm.
