When you step foot into this colorfully creative all-vegan fast-casual restaurant, expect to be welcomed by inspiringly innovative menu items made from wholesome ingredients! From sweet potato-cashew Mac n’ Cheese with shiitake bacon to Air Baked Fries with beet ketchup, French Toast, and Chlostess cupcakes, the menu items from this spot are truly one-of-a-kind. What can get better than a restaurant with beet ketchup? Three restaurants with beet ketchup! That’s right––this summer, by CHLOE. will open two new restaurants in Los Angeles, putting three on the SoCal map!
West Hollywood welcomes one of the new locations at 8550 Santa Monica Blvd. with plenty of restaurant seating and validated parking––holla! The Century City Mall will host the other new spot at 10250 Santa Monica Blvd. with counter service and plenty of car space in the mall parking garages. (You know it’s an LA article when we have to address the parking situation.) Anyway, another fun fact about the new spot in Century City is that it’s on the corner of the original Route 66! The window service setting creates an indoor/outdoor dining experience as a nod to California's iconic retro drive-up cafés! Surround yourself in the environment of signature black and white striped awnings, white French doors, and neon signs with witty sayings!
