The new plant-based items will be on Burger Lounge’s Flora menu––made possible through their test kitchen, the Real Food Innovation Kitchen. The dishes that can be ordered vegan include the Flora Lounge Burger, Flora S.O.B. “Son of A Butcher” Burger, BL Ancient Grain Burger, Dharma Bites, Fresh-Cut French Fries, Flora Style Cowboy Fries, Dairy-Free Milkshake (strawberry or vanilla), Dairy-Free Root Beer Float, and a selection of sauces––including vegan ranch!
“We love Los Angeles, because much like us, the people who live here really care about where their food comes from. We have always sourced the highest quality [ingredients] and we are putting that same emphasis on sourcing our new plant-based menu, of course with taste and flavor at the forefront,” says J. Dean Loring, co-founder of Burger Lounge. “We are so excited to share with Los Angeles what we have been cooking up behind the scenes.”
