Bolthouse Farms Launches New Plant-Based Salad Dressings
The popular food brand Bolthouse Farms has launched an oat-based line of vegan dressings in two flavors—Garden Ranch and Habanero Blue. The dressings are made from ingredients like oat flour, sunflower oil, sunflower butter, vinegar, white grape juice concentrate, and faba bean protein concentrate. In addition to the oat-based dressings, the brand has also released a Green Goddess dressing (avocado-based) and Carrot Miso dressing.

“Bolthouse Farms has been a leader in the development of flavorful and better-for-you refrigerated dressings, and it was a natural progression to take what we know about great flavor and simple ingredients and translate it to creamy, plant-based dressings that consumers will crave,” Bolthouse Farms vice president of marketing, AJ Bernstein, told VegOut.
The plant-based dressings are now available at stores such as Kroger, Target, Sprouts, HEB, and Hy-Vee.
