Brennah Lambert—owner and founder of LesbiVeggies—is opening the doors to her first brick-and-mortar in Audubon, New Jersey. LesbiVeggies started off as a meal-prep and catering service, and its success over the last three years prompted Lambert to make the jump to brick-and-mortar.

LesbiVeggies is entirely vegan and gluten-free, with a heavy emphasis on whole foods. With plenty of healthy options like veggie bowls and salads, as well as homemade birria tacos and risotto, there will be something on the menu for everyone.

Inclusivity is extremely important to Lambert, and the cafe will reflect that. LesbiVeggies will be a safe space for LGBTQ+ folks and BIPOC, with gender-neutral bathrooms and Black representation incorporated in the artwork throughout the cafe. Lambert plans to open more locations and eventually franchise the concept. LesbiVeggies is set to open on February 12.
