Beyond sushi has opened a ghost kitchen in Long Island City in addition to reopening three locations in Manhattan for delivery business.
The ghost kitchen is being used to offer deliveries to Queens residents for the first time, making the popular vegan and kosher eatery accessible to those outside of Manhattan. Beyond Sushi has also reopened its W. 56th St, Union Square, and Upper East Side locations.
The restaurant's menu has evolved vastly since first opening in 2012, offering a fresh and modern twist to the sushi scene. The new signature dishes available for delivery include Oyster Mushroom Tacos, Stuffed Artichoke Hearts, and Spanakopita, in addition to their vegan sushi rolls, dumplings, and wraps.
The eatery has recently teamed up with the Support + Feed initiative, which was created to aid those affected by COVID-19. When ordering from Beyond Sushi, there is an option to add a monetary donation to this program, which will help to feed first responders, healthcare professionals, and senior centers across NYC.
