The Beyond Burger has been a staple in plant-friendly restaurants and households for quite some time. After the successful launch of their burger patties, Beyond Meat has expanded their offerings to include vegan sausage links, breakfast sausage patties, meatballs, and more. What’s next? Two new Beyond Burgers that feature advances in taste and improved nutritional profiles!
Beyond Meat’s new patties will be meatier, juicier, and more flavorful than ever––with a healthier makeup. Both burgers hold fewer calories and fat than traditional meat patties and are fortified with vitamins and minerals, making them comparable to the micronutrient profile of beef. One of the Beyond Burger renditions contains 35% less saturated fat than 80/20 beef, while the other features 55% less saturated fat––Beyond Meat’s most nutritious burger yet!
"I am personally thrilled to introduce this new Beyond Burger platform as it speaks so clearly to what our brand and company stands for,” said Ethan Brown, CEO and founder of Beyond Meat. “Our commitment is to provide consumers with absolutely delicious plant-based meats that are better for people and the planet, no sacrifice required. These new iterations deliver on this promise, and I am immensely proud of our team’s ability to make such strong advances in taste, juiciness, and nutrition. Just as you can find different varieties of ground beef, consumers will now have more choice to satisfy their individual nutritional needs and preferences."
