Vegan Options at Drugstores

Beyond Meat has just launched at Rite Aid stores for the first time. The brand will now be available at approximately 2,000 stores nationwide, making it easier than ever for customers to choose plant-based options.

Two of the brand’s most popular products are included in this new launch: the Beyond Burger and the Beyond Meatballs. Both products can be found in the frozen aisle of Rite Aid. The Beyond Burgers come in packs of two and are pre-rolled and pre-seasoned, making them perfect for grilling. The Beyond Meatballs can be found in packs of 12 and are pre-seasoned with a blend of Italian spices.

The aim of this launch is to make plant-based meat more widely available to consumers, no matter where they shop. “Expanding our presence across retail channels, including drugstores, is a natural next step as we aim to bring nutritious and sustainable plant-based protein to even more communities across the country,” said Beyond Meat Chief Growth Officer Deanna Jurgens.

Where to Buy Beyond Meat

Beyond Meat is one of the most popular alternative meat companies in the game, and their products are known for having taste and texture that are very similar to animal-based meat. The Beyond Burger in particular is packed with 20g of protein per serving and contains 35% less total and saturated fat than 80/20 animal-based ground beef.

Beyond Meat makes a variety of products, including plant-based chicken, sausage, and beef crumbles. Beyond Meat products can be found at grocery stores like Walmart, Target, Vons, and Stater Bros. For a full list of products, visit BeyondMeat.com.
