These new vegan-friendly burger options are quite the catch—here are the latest details!
In partnership with Gathered Foods, the creators of Good Catch Plant-Based Seafood, Bareburger has added two new vegan-friendly options to the menu—The Gulf burger (Good Catch fish-free patty, green leaf lettuce, organic tomato, organic red onion, organic cucumbers, vegan mayo, and vegan green goddess dressing on a sprouted bun) and The Bay burger, which is also made with a Good Catch fish-free patty and can be made vegan upon request. The Good Catch plant-based classic fish burger will also be available under the “Be My Burger” section of the menu, so customers can create their own burger with the restaurant’s tasty toppings options, including vegan American cheese.
“At Bareburger we’ve always strived to be at the forefront of culinary innovation. Now with Good Catch we can showcase that innovation to all of our guests who are looking for something different. Not only will you be able to try our two new signature builds, but you can create your own flavorful combination by using our patented ‘Be My Burger’ option as well. With Earth Day around the corner, we couldn’t think of a better time to roll out this great special!” Jonathan Lemon, culinary director at Bareburger, told VegOut.
The two burgers will be available while supplies last at Bareburger’s Astoria and Upper West Side locations. The restaurant also plans to offer the burgers as a permanent menu option at all locations nationwide later this spring.
