Less than a year old, Underground Vegan began by serving Southern vegan food at local farmers markets across Birmingham. Their success was immediate, and they quickly expanded to more markets and have recently brought their business mobile with a food truck. Their famous vegan fried chicken sandwiches are known to attract big lines no matter where they are, and the restaurant is sure to be just as popular.

In the meantime, give Underground Vegan a follow @eatatunderground to find out where the food truck will be popping up next and for updates on an official opening date.
