The world’s largest vegan cooking show is now available on Amazon Prime Video! If you’ve ever wondered what happens when renowned chefs get baked and compete in a head-to-head cooking competition, then you’ll love this award-winning series. And even if you haven’t wondered about that scenario, you’ll probably still find this show entertaining and witty.

In every episode of High Cuisine, two well-known chefs compete against one another––while high! They are given unique challenges like creating the world’s largest burrito, turning Thanksgiving dinner into a sandwich, and making sushi for dessert. The dishes must also be 100% vegan.

“We wanted to do a fresh take on the traditional cooking show. High Cuisine has all of the trappings of a competition show you might find on network TV, but with the added fun that stoned chefs bring to the kitchen,” said Asher Brown, the show’s executive producer. “Plus, we’re aiming our show at a wide audience. You don’t have to be vegan to appreciate how creative great chefs can be when they’re cooking with plants. And you don’t have to smoke to appreciate High Cuisine either. We’d love everyone watching at home to wonder what a fruit roll-up enchilada tastes like and be able to follow along when a chef tries to make beet cupcakes—and then get inspired to cook some awesome weird plant-based food themselves.”

The series, produced by Asher Brown of Pollution.tv, contains 12 innovative episodes that are each around 15 minutes long. In the episodes, you can expect to see chefs from popular LA food destinations like Cocobella Creamery, Korean Super, Pop Cultivate, The Rooster, Grill Em All, and Clark Street Brea. Jason Eisner, owner of Block Party and former beverage director at Gracias Madre, judges the dishes while Josh Blue, winner of Last Comic Standing, and social media pro Marycarmen Lopez, host the series.
