Long Beach will gain another vegan restaurant this month with the grand opening of VBurger! This all-vegan burger joint will offer all your fast food favorites like burgers, hot dogs, grilled cheese, fries, and more.

At VBurger, you get to choose between a Beyond Meat or Impossible patty that they uplevel with a unique blend of seasonings! Each VBurger includes lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, house-made vegan Thousand Island dressing, and the choice to add on Violife cheese. But the fun doesn’t end there! You can order up to four patties on your burger if you ask for the Quadruple! And they’ll be dishing up vegan soft serve and ice cream from Eclipse very soon!

What makes this spot different from any other vegan burger joint? They take the term “vegan for the animals” a step further by donating 2% of their profits to the No Kill Equation and streaming video of adoptable animals from LBACS, the local shelter in Long Beach. Additionally, if you adopt an animal from the city shelter, you can join the VBurger adopters club and receive weekly specials! On top of that, any of their staff who volunteer at the shelter will be given a dollar an hour raise! Their goal is to run videos of adoptable animals in the shop for more exposure to save more furry friends!

Stop by for their grand opening from 11am to 7pm on Wednesday, July 8th. VBurger’s address is 420 Cherry Ave in Long Beach, right in the heart of 4th street retro row.
