Trader Joe’s now has two new vegan cheese options available for purchase. The vegan cheese in Cheddar Style Slices and a Mozzarella Style Shredded is sold at Trader Joe’s nationwide.
The new sliced and shredded cheese retails for $3.99 (for 7 oz), and is suggested for melting on sandwiches (slices) and using on pizza (shredded). The main ingredients include a cashew base (cashews and water), coconut oil, and food starch.
Trader Joe’s offers unique products with affordable prices, and we are excited to see what vegan items they will be releasing throughout the year. We love a grocery store that provides a variety of vegan options, including their Turkeyless Protein Patties, Vegan Mac, Cashew Fiesta Dip, and a VegOut favorite, the Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning.
