Friday, October 25

West Hollywood Eat + Drink Week (Oct. 18-27)

Explore West Hollywood’s restaurants, bars, and cafes in this week-long celebration of the neighborhood’s diverse food scene.

Vegan Pop-ups in Highland Park

Come for the tequila at Block Party, stay for the wide array of vegan Mexican food, and continue to stay for more tequila.

Saturday, October 26

F.A.K.E. Halloween

Bring your costume (no, really, it’s kind of mandatory) and swing by this all-inclusive fashion event. From 5pm-10pm at AVO Cafe, discover new vegan-friendly fashions, rock your own photoshoot, and get a makeover with cruelty-free cosmetics.

LB Vegan Social

Head down south to the Hawk Bar in Long Beach for a Halloween-themed vegan food fest. Expect event regulars such as Avocadamama and new-comers like Raw Crumbs, San and Wolves, and VBurger. Festivities run from 12pm-5pm.

Veg Speed Dating

Meet your vegan soul mate at the Stalking Horse this Saturday from 3pm-5pm. Do yourself a favor and think of some questions beforehand—other than what’s your favorite color.

SunCafe Raw Vegan Cooking Classes

Build your raw vegan repertoire by participating in these weekly Saturday morning cooking classes. This week, chef Ron Russell is demonstrating fall desserts. Get ready to master nut-free apple pie, chocolate nougat bars, and banana cream pie.

Dia de los Tacos Festival

Who makes the best vegan taco in SoCal? You be the judge! Dress up, double-fist a Michelada and a margarita, and stuff your face with tacos. What better way to spend a Sunday?

SunCafe Vegan Dog Costume Contest

Does your pooch have what it takes to secure the title of Top Dog? Dress them in their K-9 best for the second annual costume contest at this popular Studio City restaurant. Need something to get the creative juices flowing? The winner receives a $100 gift card to SunCafe!

Vegan Bash at Bodhi Tree

Mix and mingle at this OC local’s hangout. The event will feature door prizes ranging from Bodhi Tree gift cards, vegan eats, and swag bags. Wear a Halloween costume or a vegan tee for extra door prize tickets.

Baba's Vegan Cafe Pop-up

Stop by this Leimert Park area pop-up for one (or four) of its famous flaky veggie patties. Look out for specialities to round out your meal including vegan lasagna, Baba Notyo Nachos, and Baba’s Lentil Soup. The stand is open from 3:30pm-8pm or until sold out.

The Little Green Kitchen Pop-up

Feast on nachos, tostadas, tacos, and cheesecake at the Brentwood Farmers Market from 9am-2pm!

Vegan Exchange LA

Vegan Exchange (formerly known as Vegan Sunday) is Vegan Street Fair’s weekly vegan market. From 11am-5pm, stroll Bakman Ave in NOHO looking for your next food and Instagram story victim. SMORGASBURG Enjoy Instagrammable eats from LA’s most prestigious pop-ups, including Workaholic, Happiness Capsule, Donut Friend, Señoreata, and more!
