New Vegan Bakery, Plantiful Kitchen, Opens in Carlsbad

A new vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free bakery has opened in the Carlsbad Gateway Centre in North County, San Diego. Formerly known as Rawsome Delights, this online treatery rebranded in March as Plantiful Kitchen and celebrated its soft opening on Saturday, May 30. The original line of raw Bliss Balls has expanded to include cookies, cheesecakes, donuts, bread loaves, and other baked and raw goods. The shop also carries an assortment of vegan and locally produced items such as Jule’s Vegan Brie, Loco Love Chocolate, and handmade greeting cards.

The bakery is located at 5661 Palmer Way, Ste G, Carlsbad, CA 92010 and open Thursdays and Fridays 8am-2pm and Saturdays from 8am-1pm.
