At fully-vegan by CHLOE., their “Smashed Avocado Toast” is pretty popular, and it’s available all day. It’s comprised of smashed avocado, seasonal veggie, and almond-parm, on 7-grain toast. It’s available made gluten-free as well.
Gracias Madre
West Hollywood
Plant-based Mexican restaurant Gracias Madre is always a good idea, and they’ve got their own “Avocado Toast” too – it’s grilled wheat toast topped with avocado, cashew queso blanco, sprouts, and chile. You can get it during their brunch hours – weekends, from 10am-3pm.
Make Out
Culver City
Make Out is a plant-based café and juice bar in Culver City that makes their really pretty “Avocado Toast” up of avocado, radish, sprouts, chile flake, and lemon on gluten-free bread.
Café Gratitude

Popular plant-based chain, Café Gratitude, serves their “Peaceful/Smashed Avocado Toast” of avocado, cherry tomato, coconut avocado cream, gremolata, and smoked salt on slow-fermented sourdough toast during breakfast hours – weekdays from 8am-11am, and weekends from 8am-1pm (at their Beverly Hills location, it’s only available on weekends from 9am-3pm).
Little Pine

If you’re looking for a simpler take on avo toast, check out completely-vegan Little Pine. Weekend brunch (10am-3pm) includes their “avocado toast,” made up of avocado, red chili flakes, lemon, olive oil, and maldon (sea salt) on toast. You can also get it made gluten-free.
Real Food Daily
Pasadena, West Hollywood, and LAX
You can’t go wrong with plant-based Real Food Daily, which serves their “Avocado Toast” during weekend brunch, from 10am-3pm. Theirs is grilled seven-grain bread topped with avocado, beefsteak tomato, spiced pepitas, and flaky sea salt. You can also add grilled onions or jalapeno for $2 extra. It’s available in a gluten-free version as well.
Le Pain Quotidien

Le Pain Quotidien’s “Avocado Toast” is not only well-presented and available all day, but it’s also clearly labeled as vegan. It’s thinly-sliced toast topped with avocado, citrus cumin salt, chia seeds, and extra-virgin olive oil.

Catch is a swanky spot in WeHo with quite a few vegan options, and items that can be made vegan, including their snazzy-looking “Smashed Organic Avocado Toast,” which can be made vegan upon request.
Amara Kitchen
Highland Park
Breakfast is served all day at Amara Kitchen, a cozy little spot in Highland Park. That means you can eat their vegan-labeled “Avocado Toast” (mashed avocado on house-made multi-grain bread, topped with pesto purple slaw, and served side of greens) whenever they’re open.
The Cheesecake Factory

The Cheesecake Factory’s “Avocado Toast” is surprisingly vegan as is. It consists of thick, grilled artisan bread, topped with fresh avocado, marinated tomato, watercress, radish, and red onion, and is drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and lemon.
