Where to Pick up Vegan Thanksgiving Pies in Los Angeles
If you’re looking for a vegan pie this Thanksgiving, read on to discover the variety of options in the LA area.
Arts District, Larchmont, and Venice
Pumpkin, Pecan, Chocolate Coconut Cream, and Apple pies are available to order from Café Gratitude. Each pie is 6” and serves 4-6 people. They also conveniently offer pints of their housemade coconut ice cream in Vanilla Bean to accompany. Orders must be placed on their website by Monday, November 25 and picked up between 1pm-10pm on Wednesday, November 27.
Erin McKenna’s Bakery
Larchmont and Santa Monica
For vegan, gluten-free, and soy-free pies, order from Erin McKenna’s, choosing from Pumpkin Pie Dutch or Apple Pie, and/or a Pumpkin Crumb Cake, Iced Pumpkin Teacake, and 6” Pumpkin Cake with Cinnamon Frosting. Place your Thanksgiving order by calling 855-GO-BABYCAKES or on their website.
This all-vegan and gluten-free bakery offers eight different pies for Thanksgiving—Apple Crumb, Banana Cream, Blueberry, Cherry, Chocolate Pecan, Peach, Pecan, and Pumpkin. Get your order in by Friday, November 22, and pick up at their shop in Westlake Village by Wednesday, the 27th. Pies available in-store that day (without preordering) are first come, first served.

Silver Lake and Tarzana
Magpies currently has five different vegan soft serve pies available, including classic Thanksgiving flavors, Pecan and Pumpkin, along with Key Lime, Chocolate Cream, and Fried (corn almond soft serve on graham crust, layered with vegan fudge and vegan honeycomb candy, and topped with non-dairy whipped cream and fried candied corn flakes). They’re taking orders now through Sunday, November 24, and recommend selecting to pick up your pie a few days before Thanksgiving when placing your order.
Costa Mesa and Westwood
Available for pre-order only, Native Foods will be offering a whole Pumpkin Pie and a whole Pumpkin Cheesecake, which is served with pecan caramel sauce on the side. Select pickup or delivery between Monday, November 18 and Wednesday, November 27.
Rising Hearts Bakery
Pumpkin, Pecan, Apple, and Chocolate 9” pies, plus 10” Plain Cheesecake and Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cheesecake are available at this vegan, gluten-free, and kosher bakery. They also have 9” pie crusts, and their 9” Apple and Pumpkin pies available as “Take n’ Bake Sweets.” Stop by their shop in Culver City or call them at 310-815-1800 to place your pre-orders.
Head to your local Whole Foods for either their Vegan Pumpkin Pie, which serves 4, or their Vegan Apple Pie, which serves 6. You can also order them online or call them at 1-844-936-2428.
Brentwood and West Hollywood
If you’re looking for a personal pie, check out Winston’s—they’ve got two vegan 5” mini pies available for Thanksgiving, Harvest Apple and Dixie Classic Cherry. Plus, they have these two available in whole vegan 11” pies, along with Blue Ridge Blueberry. All orders must be placed online through their website at thanksgiving.winstonpies.com and picked up Wednesday, November 27. You will be asked to choose a pick up window to pick up your pie (morning: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. or afternoon: 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.). If you do not choose to pre-order, you can try stopping by when they open that day at 9 a.m., or Thanksgiving morning at their West Hollywood location.
Echo Park and Glendale
Thanksgiving pies at Yoga-Urt are all vegan, organic, gluten-free, and soy-free—and customizable. Their almond flour pie crust is filled with your choice of soft serve flavor and topped with a topping of your choice. Because they have lots of flavors and toppings, there are plenty of combos to choose from. Order in-store at either of their locations or email firstname.lastname@example.org by Sunday, November 24, and then pick up on Tuesday, November 26 or Wednesday, November 27—specify date when ordering.
Yvonne’s Vegan Kitchen/Joi Cafe
Vegan and gluten-free Joi Cafe offers Thanksgiving pies by Yvonne’s Vegan Kitchen on their Holiday Menu. Available in Apple, Mixed Berry, or Pumpkin, pre-order the pie (or pies!) of your choice by 8pm on Friday, November 22 and pick up at their Westlake Village location on Wednesday, November 27 between 10am and 6pm. Pies serve 8-12 people, depending on desired portion size.
