They bake lots of signature cakes, including So Vanilla, Chocolate Salted Caramel, Pink Velvet, and Churros N’ Cream—just to name a few—in many round and sheet sizes. Custom cakes are also offered. Vegan and gluten-free ice cream shop Cocobella makes custom ice cream cakes. Single and double-layer options are up for the taking. Each six-inch cake features a pastry base of your choice (either chocolate fudge brownie or yellow vanilla cake), a layer of fudge, and a layer of the ice cream flavor of your choice. Finally, each is topped off with drip-style layer fudge and sprinkles or a premium topping of your choosing. Custom lettering is also available. Orders can be placed on Cocobella’s website.

Fully vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, and kosher bakery Erin McKenna’s offers custom cakes that can be ordered via phone or their website for pickup—they also ship nationwide. In addition, their bakeries usually have some sort of cake or cake slices out to purchase daily. They also make a traditional Coffee Cake and Double Chocolate Crumb cake.
