In the Chicago suburbs? Blue Saki Sushi Grill will be open to satisfy your cravings. They’ll be open New Year’s Eve from 11am-9:30pm and New Year’s Day from noon-9:30pm. They have an all-vegan section of the menu that has customer favorites such as Avo Ahimi, Shiitake to Me, and Cowgirl. Order from over 10 vegan rolls, with gluten-free options and the ability to customize! Happy Hour will be 2-5:30pm on NYE. And don’t forget dessert!
