Seadog Sushi Bar will be open their regular hours, from 4-11pm, and has an incredible vegan-friendly menu. Order vegan gyoza, tofu yakisoba, and maki rolls such as the Secret Garden. Additionally, they have a five-piece vegan sushi set with asparagus, avocado, grilled sweet, seaweed salad, gunkan, and inari.
Blue Saki Sushi Grill

In the Chicago suburbs? Blue Saki Sushi Grill will be open to satisfy your cravings. They’ll be open New Year’s Eve from 11am-9:30pm and New Year’s Day from noon-9:30pm. They have an all-vegan section of the menu that has customer favorites such as Avo Ahimi, Shiitake to Me, and Cowgirl. Order from over 10 vegan rolls, with gluten-free options and the ability to customize! Happy Hour will be 2-5:30pm on NYE. And don’t forget dessert! Try the Chocolate Torte—chocolate ganache with coconut milk, toasted coconut, and cashew, served with raspberry sorbet.
