We’re Adding These Real-Food, Plant-Based Powders to Our Summer Smoothies

Boost your beverages this summer with these plant-based, whole food powders!

Memore is a direct-to-consumer company that offers real-food, plant-based powders in functional blends that are available in three varieties—Base (flavorless), Blackberry & Ginger, and Blueberry & Lemon. Each Memore pouch contains 30 servings and provides a plethora of nutrients like omega-3s, antioxidants, leafy greens, protein, and fiber, as well as whole food ingredients like blueberry, spinach, sweet potato, and beet. The powders can be added to smoothies, water, or any beverage of choice. In addition, Memore powders can be sprinkled on foods such as oats and yogurt, and can be used for baking.

Nutrient-Dense Whole Food Ingredients

All three flavors of Memore contain nutrient-dense whole food ingredients like blueberry, spinach, sweet potato, and beet. Memore is committed to using whole foods to deliver a balanced nutritional profile rather than extracts and highly processed supplements. The Base (flavorless) pouch contains a nutritional boost without interfering with taste. The Blackberry & Ginger pouch is a great pick-me-up as it features the perfect blend of sweet + heat, as well as blueberry, spinach, sweet potato, and ginger. The Blueberry & Lemon pouch offers an energizing blend of blueberry, lemon, spinach, sweet potato, ginger, turmeric, and beet. Each pouch is also gluten-free, and contains both antioxidants and omega-3s. We like to add the Blackberry & Ginger pouch to our smoothies for a burst of energy in the morning, or any time of day! You can also add any of the pouches to a glass of iced tea for a flavor boost.

The Team Behind the Brand

Brad and Erika Lepczyk founded Memore in 2021. The husband-and-wife team were inspired by the Mediterranean diet—which studies show might prevent memory loss and dementia—as well as Erika’s family history of the disease. Studies have also indicated that less than 2% of Alzheimer’s cases are genetic, and the Lepczyks felt that this statistic should be brought to the attention of consumers so that they too could take care of their cognitive health through whole food nutrition.

The Journey to Launching Memore

Brad and Erika began their journey to launching Memore by searching for science-backed products that supported overall brain health. Their goal was to create a clean-label, gimmick-free product that improves long-term cognitive health. Backed with the knowledge that whole food nutrition has a positive impact on overall brain health, the couple consulted with a team of medical experts. After experimenting with countless formulas for their product, Memore was born. Brad and Erika developed their Memore powders at the North Carolina Food Innovation Lab, in association with North Carolina State University. It is the first consumer packaged goods (CPG) product in the lab to become available to consumers.

Where to Buy Memore Powders

Those looking to try Memore can order the powders for $74.00 (30 servings) by choosing the “subscribe & save” option (delivered every 15, 30, or 45 days) or for $86.05 (30 servings) on yourmemore.com. First-time purchasers will receive a welcome pack, which includes a reusable Memore bottle and electric frother. Be sure to use promo code VEGOUT30 at checkout for 30% off your purchase!
