Veestro Launches New Spring Reset for the Month of April
My birthday was a few weeks ago, but the results of overindulgence in vegan lasagna, beer, and cheesecake from that weekend remain. Like most people, my busy schedule is an ever-changing train wreck, so taking time to get back on track with healthy choices isn’t as easy as I would like. Enter Veestro’s Spring Reset—an exclusive 7-day reset program.
Veestro is a plant-based, organic, and sustainable gourmet meal program founded by brother-sister duo Mark and Monica. Their meals come frozen, ready to heat and eat. The company’s “Plantifesto” resonated with me—provide delicious meals for busy people using high-quality plant-based ingredients that customers will love and enjoy.
The reset comes with a one day juice cleanse, six days of Veestro meals, a step-by-step detox guide, and 7-day low impact training exercise program. Here are a few of the great plant-based dishes I got to try (you can expect to see these items and more in the Spring Reset):
Soba Noodles: I am a notorious carboholic, and also famously don’t have the patience to cook soba noodles to perfection. The Veestro Soba Noodles plate was excellent—the noodles weren’t sticky or undercooked, and the veggies and tofu were the exact right amount of crunchy.
Johnny Appleseed Juice: I love green juice, and consider myself a juice snob. Veestro’s Johnny Appleseed tasted straight out of a blender.
Enchilada Casserole: As I heated my casserole, I was convinced I had walked by a legit Mexican restaurant. The aroma was amazing.
Mushroom Risotto: The rice and veggies were both perfectly cooked. The dish was accompanied by flavorful sides of carrots and kald.
Kale and Quinoa Salad: A beautiful presentation of kale, sweet cranberries, tahini, and nutritional yeast.
What I enjoyed most about Veestro’s products was the fact that you can taste the attention paid to the dishes through the use of quality ingredients. Each meal contained the right amount of seasoning, plenty of sauce, and ample toppings. Packaging was simple with clear instructions.
Frozen food often makes me feel heavy after eating, but Veestro products were different. In the short time of the Spring Reset, I felt noticeably lighter and less bloated, with zero hunger in between meals. In addition, I was excited to be putting wholesome, nutritious ingredients into my body.
Want to try your own Spring Reset? Veestro provides a free guide to get you started. With a day-by-day plan, meal options, and a grocery list for supplemental foods, the guide contains everything you need to begin your feel-better journey. Just add Veestro’s tasty prepared dishes. You get $350 worth of food for only $275. To sign up, simply head to the website, choose your plan, and order today. The reset is available through April 30th, so hurry!
This article is part of a partnership with Veestro. That said, we only recommend products we truly love and give you our real experiences.
