Get Gourmet Baked Falafel and Vegan Aquafaba Sauces Shipped Right to Your Door
What is one thing we’re currently obsessed with? Anything made with chickpeas! They’re high in fiber, protein, iron, and antioxidants––not to mention they’re super tasty and versatile! Another one of our current obsessions is vegan food that ships nationwide. So if you’re anything like us, you’ll fall in love with Fabalish!
Fabalish is an all-vegan company that ships the most crave-worthy falafel and aquafaba sauces all around the nation! Sounds amazing, right? It is! Their pre-cooked Baked Falafels are made with organic chickpeas, green peas, zucchini, and parsley. All you have to do when you’re ready to eat them is pop ‘em in the oven for just 15 minutes!
What’s the best way to enjoy falafel? With tzatziki sauce! While this Mediterranean sauce is traditionally created with dairy products, Fabalish found a way to use aquafaba (a.k.a. chickpea water) to make a vegan version! Chef Jess of Fabalish shares that “chickpeas release strands of proteins and starches that mimic the properties of egg-whites. The aquafaba whips up beautifully! We then emulsify it with organic high-oleic sunflower oil to create the base of our sauces.” Their Vegan Tzatziki Aquafaba Sauce is infused with freshly cut cucumber, mint, and dill, making it creamy and oh-so-flavorful! If you’re looking for another condiment to add in the mix, get their Smoked Spices Aquafaba Sauce. Made from a harmonious blend of smoked paprika, coriander, cumin, fennel, and cayenne, it's like a special sauce, but without the sugar!
Everything from Fabalish is crafted from vegan, gluten-free, and soy-free ingredients that are organically sourced. There are no preservatives, fillers, chemicals, or additives––just simple and delicious ingredients! “We pride ourselves on creating delightful, satisfying foods that are clean, organic, plant-based, and allergen-free. There's a big push for plant-based, but most vegan products tend to be overly processed or based on a common allergen like soy or nuts. We're closing that gap!” shared Jess.
