For vegan ice cream galore, head to Cocobella Creamery where all the ice cream isn’t just vegan but gluten-free as well. You’ll even find several soy-free and nut-free options! They offer the classics like chocolate and strawberry while also scooping unique ones such as Sunflower Seed Butter Cup and Cookie Monsta (cookie butter ice cream with chocolate chip cookie crumbles). In addition to ice cream, they offer signature sundaes, floats, and custom ice cream cakes available to order to fulfill all your vegan ice cream-related desires.

For an all-vegan donut shop, Donut Friend is definitely your go-to. Not only are all their donuts vegan, but so is everything else they serve too (including their ice cream!). Our favorite donuts are the Angry Samoa and Strawberrylab. They’ve got you covered on coffee too, so you can fully enjoy your donut experience with a cup of joe.
Erin McKenna’s Bakery

Have you ever dreamed of going to a bakery and being able to choose whatever you want? Well you’re in luck because Erin McKenna’s is an all-vegan bakery with two LA locations that makes all the cupcakes, donuts, cookies, crumb cakes, loaves, muffins, cinnamon rolls, mounds, brownies, and specialty cakes your heart desires. They even have vanilla and chocolate soft serve! Plus, everything there isn’t just vegan, but also gluten-free, soy-free, refined sugar-free, non-GMO, and kosher.

If you’re looking for vegan ice cream in the Orange County area, check out Hug Life. With typical flavors like cookies ‘n cream, rocky road, and vanilla bean, plus special ones like their Cookie Butter, Thai Tea, and Honeydew, this vegan ice cream shop has a flavor you’re sure to love. Plus, they offer their Brownie a La Mode (brownie topped with two mini scoops of ice cream, toppings, and drizzle of choice), Ice Cream Sammich (ice cream of choice between two chocolate chip cookies), along with specialty drinks, like milkshakes, floats, and more.

This vegan-friendly soft serve shop has creative and tasty flavors like Corn Almond, Maple Brown Sugar, Key Lime, Chocolate Milk, and more. They also make vegan ice cream pies—their fried pie is a must-try!

Ever thought you’d never be able to have vegan pan dulce? Well guess what, Vegan By Victoria’s answered that worry. They’re dishing out vegan pan dulce in abundance—conchas (basically the Mexican version of donuts), bolillos (savory bread stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeños), cookies, flan, a variety of tres leches cake flavors, and a whole lot more. Yes, it’s all vegan—and made fresh daily!

For some of the best and healthiest vegan froyo, head to Yoga-urt. They make theirs simply, with a fresh almond milk and cashew base, probiotics, salt, cane sugar (some flavors have no added sugar), and respective flavorings. Options include classics like vanilla and chocolate, along with lots of special ones such as Ganesha’s Sweet Greens and Radiant Golden Rose, plus seasonal flavors as well. They serve other treats as well—ice cream sandwiches and banana splits! It’s all not only vegan, but soy-free, and for the most part, gluten-free.

While this vegan and gluten-free kitchen may not have a storefront, you can find their products all over Southern California at over 50 locations, as well as in their online store. Pick up cookies, cheesecakes, donuts, and even vegan cheese and superfood crackers at your nearest spot, or order all those and more (care packages, platters, custom cakes, pies, etc.) online. Catering is available also; your guests can enjoy sweet treats that are both delicious and beautifully-displayed.
