Popular plant-based Mexican restaurant Gracias Madre will be offering their regular brunch menu as well as some Mother’s Day specials—a Rose Petal Salad and a Strawberry Shortcake—created by Chef Armando Ayala. The Rose Petal Salad features butter lettuce, orange segments, roasted beets, grilled asparagus, grilled strawberries, radishes, crispy onions, and is topped with an herb vinaigrette. The Strawberry Shortcake is compiled of upside down cake, macerated strawberries, cashew whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, powdered sugar, and a mint sprig.

Enjoy plant-based brunch options at Gratitude, like chicken & waffles, their benedict, buckwheat flax pancakes, overnight oats, and more.
