If you’re a croissant connoisseur, you have probably heard a thing or two about the confections at Little Pine. From their regular croissant with jam and butter to their almond or chocolate croissants, no brunch here is complete without one (or all) of them!
Green Table Cafe
The owners of this spot are certified holistic nutritionists and live their motto of “love what you do, do it with love,” by using 100% organic and vegan ingredients. They offer a mindblowing amount of intricate pastries and desserts, including fruit tarts, raw pies, crostatas, and tiramisu. To add to the pastry case, they’ve got croissants! You can order their buttery vegan croissant as is or ask for it filled with chocolate. Pair it with their latte art, and you’ve got a deliciously photogenic breakfast!

The Ridiculous Baking Co.
Popping up at events, farmers markets, and appearing in stores around town, this company has some ridiculous rolls. Apple strudel, ham and cheese, almond, chocolate, and classic, to name a few, these flavors and layers do not disappoint! Check Instagram for the most accurate event and location offerings!
Stop by Pura Vita to try the croissant’s Italian cousin, the cornetto! From the brunch menu, their Queen Cornetto contains tofu egg, shiitake bacon, cashew mozzarella, avocado, heirloom tomato, and roasted garlic aioli, all sandwiched between an Italian cornetto. It rules!

Doomies Home Cookin’
Hollywood & City Terrace
While Doomie’s is most popularly known for their crazy good comfort entrees and sides, they also have a plethora of desserts and pastries! If you’re digging something sweet, grab their chocolate croissant, or for something on the savory side, try their ham and cheese croissant! These items are available at both Doomie’s in Hollywood as well as NextMex Express, so there’s no excuse for you not to have one!
Mother’s Market & Kitchen
This vegan-friendly market and cafe has plenty of great eats, grocery finds, and pastry items! The Black Bean
Say goodbye to chicken and waffles, and hello to chicken and croissants––all vegan, of course! This spot’s Soul Saver is a fried ‘chicken’ patty in a croissant with their house-made spicy maple ‘honey’ syrup. You can even add bacon to it for an extra crunch! If you’re not ready for all of the glory of this item, they also sell their croissants individually!
Just What I Kneaded
Conchas, cinnamon rolls, and croissants––oh my! Justine Hernandez is a baking mastermind that has popped up all over LA with her goodies. She is moving on up to a brick and mortar set to open at the end of the summer. Just What I Kneaded will meet your croissant needs with your choice of a classic or chocolate croissant, and she even said she might offer one dipped in something fun! We’ve never wanted the summer to go by faster!
Unison Baking Co.
Bonus, #11! Take a road trip down south for croissant paradise to try the all-vegan snacks and treats from this baking company! Some of their croissants flavors include hazelnut, (house-made) nutella-filled, ham and cheese, pistachio matcha, “tuna” sandwich, and more! They even make a bacon cheddar quiche with a croissant crust. Now, do you see why we had to include them? Their items are available at Grindhouse in Chula Vista, Modern Times Cafe in San Diego, Gardeno Deli in Tijuana, Mexico, and more! Check their Instagram for the most accurate product and location information!
